Communication with the owner, Ikram, was exceptional — always immediate, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire booking process. We were warmly greeted at the airport by our driver, Fouzer, and from that very moment we were looked after beautifully. The thoughtful touches made a huge difference: an eSIM included in the package and fresh bottled water supplied every day, which was incredibly welcome in the Sri Lankan heat! Fouzer was an excellent driver — calm, highly skilled, and always making us feel completely safe on the roads. More than that, he was a wonderful guide and companion throughout our journey. His knowledge of Sri Lanka meant he introduced us to hidden sights and local highlights we would never have discovered on our own. He also stopped at small roadside stalls along the way so we could try some of the most delicious local treats, which joined our many, many favourite travel memories. Fouzer consistently negotiated the best prices for us, was always punctual (often early!), and played a key role in helping us plan our days so we could make the absolute most of our 8 days. Every day was perfectly packed with experiences while still feeling relaxed and enjoyable. The journeys never felt long as Fouzer distracted us with lots of fascinating stops! Super smooth and comfortable experience An excellent tour around this rich and vibrant country in the company of our driver and guide Madawa. As well as being exceptionally safe and skilled on the road, he has been invaluable as a guide, suggesting experiences, assisting with itineraries and generally making the holiday an easy going and memorable one. Would highly recommend the company - contact and service has been top notch throughout and it has made for a comfortable and reliable experience.

Incredible driver and great tour Fouzer our driver - incredible, he was such a nice guy and our oldest 3 year old loved him. He was super patient, attentive, always on time and friendly. Would highly highly recommend Fouzer. Mr Ikram the boss - very good at answering my never ending questions in advance of booking and the trip. Was great at helping us with the route as well. Sometimes he seemed to get frustrated at my WhatsApp messages but all good. The company - highly recommend and would go with them again. They say you get what you pay for and that seems to have been the case with us. The free daily waters and wifi SIM cards were a lovely touch. In some instances they were double the price of other quotes we received but overall happy we went with them

World Traveling Gingers ❤️ Fouzer Traveling with 2 girls under 4 is no easy adventure. Our driver Fouzer was instrumental in ensuring our safety and care through our entire 8 day trip, traveling throughout Sri Lanka. From Mountainside climbing, tea plantation, elephants and safari to navigating the traffic, negotiating the best rates and scoring us the BEST roadside treats, I highly recommend Fouzer as the number one choice for exploring. Our 3 year old is not a people person and she was calling him her best friend and asking him to come to the pool with us after we returned home. We felt cared for and knew that he left us planning the next day’s events exactly the way we needed. He did his best to help us avoid large crowds and if there was a lot of people he made sure our kiddos were kept close. I could have asked for a better experience or a better guide.

Passionné par la nature, il nous a transmis énormément d’informations sur les plantes, les épices, la faune locale et la culture du pays. Jaya a également été très accommodant, toujours prêt à nous aider à trouver des solutions adaptées à nos envies et à des prix intéressants. Sa gentillesse, son sourire constant et sa proximité avec les enfants ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Son anglais est très bon, ce qui a facilité tous les échanges et enrichi nos découvertes. Notre voyage n'aurait pas été le même sans lui !
