Wonderful Sri Lankan experience We have just finished a 3 week driving tour with Sri Lanka Driver Hire. They were fabulous, and I understand why they are rated the #1 driver company in Sri Lanka. Our driver Rifai was amazing. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. While our trip was thoroughly planned, Rifai made a number of recommendations for things to do any they were all great. Rifai is an excellent, safe driver, and the van was very clean. I fully recommend this company and Rifai to anyone planning a trip to beautiful Sri Lanka.

Ikram made the planning phase so easy, with prompt replies to all my queries, and he checked in regularly with us during our trip to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Our driver Rifai was amazing. He did everything he could to ensure we had the best possible trip. We had our itinerary planned, but he made quite a few suggestions and recommendations along the way, and they were all spot-on. Simply the best!! If you are planning to visit Sri Lanka I couldn’t recommend using Sri Lanka Driver Hire (Pvt) Ltd enough. We have just completed a 13- day trip in Sri Lanka, travelling to 5 different destinations (Ella, Yala, Dickwella, Ahangama & Hikkaduwa). Our driver, Asela, went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and stress free for us. Also thanks to Ikram who helped us organise the trip and was very responsive. After a very long journey from the UK, Asela greeted us at the airport, we were messaged before departure by Ikram so we knew what/who to look out for when leaving the airport. I would personally recommend pre-booking a driver so you do not have to organise this post-travel (in our case 16 hours worth). We communicated with Asela via what’s app, he is always very quick to respond and willing to answer any questions. An added bonus was how knowledgeable Asela is on Sri Lankan history/ locations etc and we learnt a lot from him on our travels. We feel very lucky to have had Asela as our driver, both of us have said meeting Asela has been one of the highlights of our trip. Asela is a highly reliable, professional and experienced driver/tour guide. Our journeys were always comfortable, he is a very safe driver. It is a company standard to check your oil levels, tyre pressures and ensure your car is clean before you set out on each journey which also highlights what a professional company this is as they hold themselves to high standards. We will be recommending this company, and of course Asela in particular to everybody we know who is planning to visit Sri Lanka. We met Asela as our driver but will be leaving with him as a friend ❤️

Great experience - would recommend! We spent around 10 days traveling around Sri-Lanka. Our driver - Naufer, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and always on hand to help guide us, answer questions and provide general help and support. Importantly, he was always on time, and the car itself was also nice. Additionally, we had great correspondence before the visit via WhatsApp. Everything was as expected based on the discussions and promises prior to the trip. We would recommend this company and Naufer especially - it’s hassle free, reasonably priced and reliable for when you are traveling around the country.

Excellent reliable driver Excellent and reliable driver ramzi. Always easy to find even when shopping and navigating galle fort. He drive us all around the south coast to yala and back to the airport.

Wonderful Sri Lanka Driver We had a great 11 day trip through Sri Lanka with Sri Lanka Driver hire. Ikram was very responsive and helpful during planning stages and always responded promtly to communication. Meeting our driver Aness was seamless and he was a great match for our family (6 people inc. Grandma, parents and kids 7,9,11). We had a few prebooked activities which wasn't a problem and Aness suggested some others which were a great addition to the trip, including some excellent stops for meals. Nothing was too difficult and we felt very well looked after, especially when during different parts of the drive family members fell ill he was very caring and helpful. His driving was very safe and he adjusted for those prone to car sickness in the hilly areas. Thanks Sri Lanka Driver hire, we wouldn't do Sri Lanka any other way!
